Miken USA Stick Return Policy

Miken Hockey Sticks are covered on a strict 30-day return policy against limited manufacturer’s defects. If all criteria (mentioned below) are met, Miken Sports will replace stick on a one time only basis based on a manufacturing defect. Miken Hockey sticks are a company direct warranty process and should not be returned to dealers. All broken pieces of sticks need to be returned in order for stick to be replaced, Miken permits one clean cut away from break of stick to ease in the shipping process, if more cuts are made warranty is void. Miken Sports reserves the right to replace any stick with what they deem best for each part (Consumer and Miken Sports)

Criteria for One time Replacement

  • Stick needs to be purchased from Miken Endorsed or Authorized Dealer (Pro issued, Designated Closeout, previously warranty replaced or Third Party Auction Sites i.e. EBay are not warrantable Sticks)
  • The Stick needs to be accompanied by the original Receipt (Proof of Purchase) along with a Return Authorization code obtained through contacting Miken Sports at 877-807-5291
  • The Stick broke due to manufacture defects during normal use and there are no signs of abuse
  • The Stick was not purchased second hand or used or as factory blemished
  • Stick must be received by Miken Sports no more than 14 days from the date of consumer receiving RA code
  • When Miken is first contacted Stick must be within the 30 Day Warranty period, confirmed by original receipt
  • Minor blade chipping does not constitute Stick break
  • Stick was not exposed to open flame and not tampered with in any other way

Procedure for Warranty Replacement

  • Do not attempt to return Stick to dealer
  • Contact Miken Sports Warranty Department at 877-807-5291 before any return. Business hours 8 am and 5 pm CST Mon-Friday
  • Obtain a Return Authorization code (RA#) along with return Address at time of contact with Miken Sports Warranty Department. No stick will be accepted without a RA# accompanying the stick. Receiving an RA# does not mean that the stick will be replaced, all warranties are subject to approval once the stick is received by Miken Sports
  • When shipping please include (1) Complete stick (only one cut is permitted away from break). (2) Receipt (Proof of Purchase) with RA# written on it. (3) Please also submit an Explanation of stick break. Please also write the RA# on the outside of the Box for identification purposes

  • If returning multiple sticks RA #’s will be needed for each stick being submitted for possible replacement
  • If Miken Sports agrees the stick is warrantable, Miken Sports will send a replacement within 1-3 weeks of receiving and approving warranty
  • If Miken Sports does not approve the warranty of the stick because of any above criteria not being met the stick will be returned with an explanation for denial of Warranty
